Sometimes the old stuff is good enough
Chasing technology used to be a thing for me. It used to be a fun hobby. But in recent years it really has changed. AI and NFT's were not for me.
Today I use an old computer, I don't own anything new after 2020, it's like I stopped at 2018 and chose "good enough". The past two years have been hard on me and I decided to be offline more. Less social media and less online.
Not sure when my computers will give up the ghost but when they do I will not be in a rush to replace it. Losing a hobby is a weird feeling, I enjoyed it for decades but my world is open to reading books and enjoying outside like before. Get into biking perhaps and walk more. I know my older self would appreciate it.
